What we collect

When you place an order or ask for a quote we collect your name, email address and phone number, the details of what you want wrapped, and the address if you choose pickup and delivery. When you accept the service agreement we also keep the name you typed, the time, the version you accepted and your IP address, as a record that you agreed.

What we use it for

We use it to carry out your order, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the agreement. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Square, depending on what you choose. Your card details go straight to them. We never see or store your card number. We keep the payment reference they give us so we can match the payment to your order.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for the site owner's admin area.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and for any questions about your order. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting Kelly at the email address on this site. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
