How it works

    Choose a wrap

    Pick a wrap level and a paper from the studio. Not sure which? Add a note and Kelly will suggest one.

  2. 02

    Hand it over

    Drop your gifts off, or choose pickup and delivery and Kelly will collect them from you.

  3. 03

    Wrapped by hand

    Each gift is measured, cut and wrapped by hand, with the ribbon and extras you ordered.

  4. 04

    Collect or receive

    Collect them when they are ready, or have them brought back to you.

How far ahead should I order?

As early as you can, especially in November and December. Choose a needed-by date when you order and Kelly will confirm it or suggest another.

What if my gift is very big or an odd shape?

Use the quote form on this page and describe what you have. Extra large and complex items are priced individually before any work starts.

How do I pay?

The checkout shows every way you can pay: online, in person, or both. You will see the total before you confirm.

Is there an agreement?

Yes. It is short, written in plain language, and you accept it when you order. You can read it any time on the agreement page.
